BeoLink Wireless 1

No cables. No compromises
Now you can connect any loudspeaker from the current Bang & Olufsen range remotely to an audio master system with BeoLink Wireless 1. You no longer need cables to enjoy CD quality stereo sound anywhere in the house. Every bit of information is transmitted in uncompressed form via a very robust wireless technology, whether the source is computer, CD, radio or TV sound. There are no audible delays, no fall-outs, and no crackling. Just the familiar Bang & Olufsen sound quality in a previously unfamiliar location.

Versatility meets outstanding sound quality
Finally, wireless audio transmission has arrived that can live up to the quality standards of Bang & Olufsen. Now you can enjoy wireless convenience without the teething troubles of untested technology. Already an established integration front-runner, BeoLink has now become even more versatile, accommodating and convenient.

Easy installation and set-up
The physical BeoLink Wireless 1 will act as either a transmitter or a receiver. You will need at least one of each. It is tidy and compact, as you would expect from Bang & Olufsen. It looks great on a shelf or mounted on the wall – or even the ceiling. Alternatively, it can be placed somewhere out of sight, as the infrared receiver for the Beo4 remote control is a separate unit. Installation is very easy. Because there is no need to run Master Link cables through the house from the main music system, you can live in blissful ignorance of rotary hammer drills and wall chasers.

Set-up is a breeze. Slide a switch to transmitter or receiver, place the units close to each other and press connection buttons to let them get to know each other. Now, there is no risk of picking up the neighbour's music.

Flexibility of placement and scale

BeoLink is all about moving the experience, not the equipment. Bang & Olufsen have been saying that for years. If you decide to expand your system with more link rooms, just get another receiver and a pair of BeoLab 4000 or the likes. Anywhere you have a wall outlet is a potential music venue. Have a mansion to fill? In theory, you can have 21 sets of link speakers playing at the same time if you add a couple of transmitters.
