Copy from a CD
To create playlists to use in BeoPlayer
and BeoMedia 1, you must copy music to your PC beforehand.
To be able to copy directly to BeoMedia 1, you must check
the setting ‘Copy to BeoMedia 1’ under the ‘CD Copying’ tab
in the CONFIG menus.
Before you copy from an audio CD, be
sure to specify your copy settings. This is done in the
CONFIG menus, which you find via the SETUP option on the
control bar.
Refer to 'Configure for copying audio CD's'.

must register BeoPlayer and enable the function

If there is no Internet or AMG connection available after approximately 10 seconds, your tracks will simply be registered as 'unknown'.
Copy Music to your portable devices
To copy tracks directly from N.MUSIC in
BeoPlayer to BeoSound 2, your BeoSound 2
must be placed on its base and BeoSound 6 and
Serenata must be connected via the USB cable. On Serenata
use MTP mode. Consult your Serenata Guide for
more information on how to use phone settings.
N.MUSIC must be selected. Note that you
cannot operate your portable devices and copy
music at the same time. If you wish to copy files after having
started playback in BeoPlayer, disconnect BeoSound 2 from the
base and then reconnect it. Alternatively, press
and hold GO for 3 seconds. You can use the
Playback feature and copy music at the same time
on BeoSound 6 and your music phone.

Album
covers
This
feature makes it easier and
more visible to browse music
on both BeoSound 6 and
Serenata. Once you have
scanned your PC for music,
you bring up Album view and
if no cover appears, you can
add a photo from your
private photo collection,
which will function as your
cover.
Left
click on the photo, drag and
drop it on album or one of
the tracks. All songs in the
album will be allocated that
cover. You can also add
individual covers to tracks,
which is done in Titles view
– drag and drop as described
above. Once that is done,
you can transfer album or
tracks to your portable
device which will contain
the covers added.
When
you insert a CD and choose
PC CD, BeoPlayer
will add a cover
automatically.

Note that viewing
album and track cover
differs depending on the
view you choose in BeoPlayer. In PC CD
mode, you can also update
cover and music info at the
same time. On the control
bar click INFO to activate
info window.

NOTE: To access covers
via BeoPortal you must
