Based in Lyngby, Denmark, you will be part of the Consumer Marketing team in our Global Marketing department. The team consists of 4 dedicated marketing professionals who work with Bang & Olufsen and B&O PLAY products on a global scale. As Global Online Traffic Manager, you will be working across marketing teams to:
Be our numbers expert and performance marketing driver
- Boost our global presence and the digital footprint of Bang & Olufsen and B&O PLAY
- Significantly increase media effectiveness and traffic to our website and web shop
- Put performance marketing on the map of key stakeholders
- Implement our media affiliate network B&O Amplified
With focus on your goals mentioned above, you will be driving and developing performance marketing activities such as PPC/SEM, Retargeting/RTB and CPA programs. This includes monitoring and analysing performance and proposing optimisation initiatives.
Further, you will be working with media agencies, e.g. on key product launch campaigns, and handling negotiations as well as motivating them to constantly improve results. You also liaise with Digital Marketing/CRM around data, tracking and conversion.
Finally, key to your success will be your ability to handle a number of tasks with short deadlines in a hectic environment, just as you have to stay proactive, e.g. to follow up on tasks and secure weekly communication on results to stakeholders.
Digital media activities specialist
It is important that you have a proven track record of managing international and top performing digital media activities.
We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Marketing or a related field and have 3+ years’ experience in digital media buying and handling.
- You speak and write English at a high level.
During your career, you have developed an in-depth understanding of performance marketing
and strong knowledge of the media ecosystem, understanding how paid, owned and earned media involve and amplify one another in order to maximize return. You hold a deep understanding of Google Analytics, Adform, DoubleClick or similar tools.
As a person, you possess a positive attitude and the enterprise and drive to meet challenges and opposition head on. You are good at identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve the return on our digital presence. With your team player mentality and solid communication skills, you are both able to work across teams and collaborate with different people in and outside of Bang & Olufsen.
