Use your technical understanding to lead R&D project teams
Your responsibility will be to lead a number of our R&D project teams that develop next generation high performance audio amplifier solutions. At the same time, you guide and coach team members to ensure team performance and get solutions developed on time.
Further, you will be working with NPI processes and thus work closely with external partners, just as you will be involved in the type approval process, e.g. to get modules EMC and safety approved. This gives you a challenging and rewarding position, where you get to work with some of the best audio experts in the business, develop a strong network, and use both your technical know-how and project management expertise.
