Retail Partners can call on this experienced support team at any time to help with their day-to-day running of the business as well as taking advantage of national marketing programmes designed to drive footfall and increase profitability. Available to offer partners assistance with business analysis, business development and structure planning, advise on product mix and measures to increase turnover, identify opportunities, highlight business weaknesses and offer solutions.
Ensures that partners take full advantage of the global marketing plan and that the local marketing strategy dovetails seamlessly with the international programme. The consultant can also assist with CRM activities, customer events, PR opportunities, media advertising and the general 12-month rolling marketing plan.
Offers one-to-one sales coaching using the Bang & Olufsen sales management system, which is in daily use by all sales staff. Reviews the performance of individual sales teams and their current sales pipelines, as well as supporting the store and its staff with individual product training, sales coaching, pipeline management, quotation proposals, and any other assistance required to help the business and individuals to secure more sales.
On-hand to offer advice and assistance on sales projects where additional expertise with technical issues is required.
