Surround sound
The digital surround sound module is a standard component for BeoVision televisions and home theater solutions. The module ensures that you can tailor an exceptional surround sound experience together with any loudspeakers from the BeoLab range, precisely to your requirements.The digital surround sound module ensures that all five discreet sound channels, as well as the channel for the sub-woofer, are delivered to the respective loudspeaker without any leakage from one channel to the other. This is not possible with analogue solutions.
The surround sound module decodes Dolby Digital, Dolby ProLogic, and DTS and is supplied with the following systems:
