Financial services consultant Mark Edwards is a specialist in ‘buy-to-let’ mortgages – but when it comes to audiovisual products he buys-to-keep! Mark, whose personal property portfolio extends to forty houses, mainly in London, runs TMC Corporate Finance which, in 2002, became a franchise partner for the Money Centre.

His primary home in Winchmore Hill is equipped with a selection of Bang & Olufsen televisions, a BeoSound 3200 music system and various loudspeakers. “Some of my audiovisual pieces are several years old, but that really doesn’t matter with Bang & Olufsen as their designs have a timeless quality,” said Mark.

“In style terms, the brand’s designs of a decade ago embarrass many new releases from rival audiovisual names.

“The other great advantage of Bang & Olufsen is that the products look great in any environment.

We have just redecorated a lounge, giving it a much more contemporary feel, and our television and hi-fi still complement the ambience.”

Recently, Mark and wife Sadie have connected their audiovisual system using BeoLink, Bang & Olufsen’s ingenious ‘brains’ that allow each product to communicate and work as one integrated setup. “I can access TV, radio, CD, computer files and digital music from anywhere in the house using just one remote control,” added 39-year-old Mark. “My daughter Phoenix is only seven and she is able to operate everything... it is that easy.”
