The store owner is Julian Wood, who has owned the store since day one. After more years of Bang & Olufsen than he can remember, Julian has now retired from the day to day running of the shop, although he still assists where necessary.
The store manager is Joe Syers who previously managed the Swiss Cottage store, and has twelve years industry experience with Sony and Bang & Olufsen. Joe oversees all the store’s major projects.
Louis Christie is our technical salesperson. Louis has excellent computing knowledge and undertakes installations where BeoMedia and BeoPort are involved.
Phil Vernon is a sales consultant. Phil has a BSc Hons in Music Technology from London Guildhall University, where he gained expertise in the area of acoustics.
Mads Thvilum is our newest recruit. Mads has worked in a Bang & Olufsen store in his native Denmark for two years before moving to London. Being a Dane, he lives and breathes Bang & Olufsen!
Our dedicated installers include:
Madhu Patel, who has over twenty five years experience with Bang & Olufsen and other high end brands. Madhu has excellent technical knowledge, and takes care of technical installations and upgrades.
Billy Clarke, who has three years experience with Bang & Olufsen, both in store and as an installer. Billy is also a trained carpenter and takes care of installations which involve construction work.
Tony McGeorge, who has over fifteen years experience with Bang & Olufsen, including spells as store manager at the Winchester and Swiss Cottage stores, but now prefers to undertake installations of any size.
Pawel Obrzud has worked with us as a sales consultant, but has now chosen to move into installations. Pav has previous experience in IT servicing.
