Herbie Sykes and Craig McAllister (pictured) constitute the “front end” of Bang & Olufsen of Lincoln.

Herbie, recently turned forty, joined the family business upon leaving school, whilst Craig began his career with the company through a work experience placement some five years ago, and has become an invaluable member of the team.

Home installation is handled by Carl Houlton and Mike Smith. Carl has over twenty years experience, whilst Mike joined the company some five years ago, having been a customer for over fifteen years beforehand!

Group service director Nick Hayes joined the business way back in 1977. Nick is responsible for our service centres in Lincoln, Yorkshire and Leicestershire, and heads up a team of 11 highly skilled Bang & Olufsen technicians.

Service engineer Barry Pollard is a relative newcomer. Barry, who joined nine years ago, is blessed with encyclopaedic knowledge of our products and provides invaluable assistance to all four stores in the Sykes Group.
