Sales Consultant, Bang & Olufsen Houston


The job

  • Achieve the budgeted sales objectives
  • Provide an exceptional Retail sales & service experience
  • Assist existing customers and follow up using our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing campaigns, events and other marketing activities
  • Promote and demonstrate the Bang & Olufsen brand and product in- and outside the store
  • Help maintain and keeping the showroom fresh
  • Assist the Store Manager in the successful running and administration of the store

Qualifications

You have a natural ability to discover customer requirements in a conversational manner and a genuine care to fulfill these needs – superior service is paramount for you. As you will be interacting with some of our most discriminating clients it is paramount that you are comfortable dealing with affluent and demanding customers.

The right candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in high-end and/or luxury retail sales with a successful sales track record. A genuine care for our clients along with an outgoing and approachable personality and good communication skills are needed to succeed in this position. A general understanding of the latest entertainment technologies and basic IT knowledge is a plus
