Zaya signs partnership with Bang & Olufsen
The multimedia manufacturer will provide customized high-end product packages for residential and resort villas on award winning Nurai Island
Abu Dhabi, May, 2009 - Zaya, the UAE-based boutique real estate developer, has signed a partnership agreement with Bang & Olufsen to provide customized multimedia product packages for Nurai, the luxury island development off the coast of Abu Dhabi.
Bang & Olufsen is renowned for its highly distinctive range of televisions, music systems, loudspeakers and multimedia products that combine technological excellence with emotional appeal. The luxury manufacturer’s mission to provide products that are exquisitely designed and easy to use is in perfect harmony with Zaya’s desire to offer its clients world-class, tailor-made lifestyle solutions.
According to Nadia Zaal, CEO of Zaya, the agreement reaffirms the boutique developer’s commitment to seek out partners that are equally passionate about creating products that go beyond the ordinary. The timing of this announcement coincides with a key construction milestone for Zaya. Not only is construction on Nurai progressing at a vigorous pace with delivery and handover still scheduled for December 2010, but we have even accelerated our timelines with our first beachfront home ready by end of month”.

Derived from the Arabic word “nour” meaning light, Nurai was launched in May 2008 to astounding regional and international success. Nestled in pristine seclusion off the coast of Abu Dhabi, it offers an exclusive island retreat of limited edition beach-front estates and water villas all within proximity and easy access to one of the world’s fastest growing business and cultural hubs.
Construction on Nurai is progressing at a vigorous pace and continues to be on track with completion and delivery scheduled for December 2010. Its first Beachfront Estate is due to be completed by end of month.
