The wall of sound

The BeoLab 12 loudspeaker comes in three variations: BeoLab 12-3, 12-2 and 12-1. Whatever your needs are, BeoLab 12 has a member to fit your home and family, both design and performance-wise. BeoLab 12 can be mounted on the wall or used with a floor stand for greater flexibility. The loudspeakers can be used to deliver astonishing surround sound or to ignite your home stereo system. A loudspeaker family to fit yours

Impressive power and depth

The largest speaker in the family is BeoLab 12-3, a high-performing loudspeaker that includes Acoustic Lens Technology, a state-of-the-art mid-range speaker driver and two large woofers positioned at the back. BeoLab 12-2 is the second family member, two thirds the height of BeoLab 12-3, with one woofer at the back. BeoLab 12-1, the latest member of the BeoLab 12 family, includes a combined upper- and mid-range speaker driver unit as well as one woofer positioned at the back. The speaker front is made of fabric instead of anodised aluminium.

Sound and size for any space

The BeoLab 12 family is ideal for surround setups, enabling you to mix the different family members for front and rear speakers, as well as to maintain a coherent design in the living room.

Less reflection, more realism

With the Acoustic Lens Technology handling the treble notes and helping disperse the sound waves evenly throughout the room, we maximise space in front of the loudspeaker with optimal sound, constant tonal balance, minimised floor and ceiling reflection, and a deeper sense of space and realism.

Playing with the wall

The woofers of BeoLab 12 are placed at the back of the speakers, using the wall to increase the already impressive bass performance. When placed away from the wall, a slider on the back of the speaker is set to “free position”, triggering the digital sound engine to increase the bass level electronically.
