You can apply a voucher to your purchase by following these steps: (Please note that the voucher you recieve will come in form of a link) 1. Before you begin, please remember that the voucher link can only be used once. 2. Open the link in incognito/private browser. 3. The discount will only be visible when adding a product to the cart. 4. If you don't see the discount in the cart, please contact Customer Support.
This voucher is strictly personal and may neither directly nor indirectly be transferred, sold, assigned or in any other way used or redeemed by any other than you. The voucher is valid for product purchases carried out online on www.bang-olufsen.com. The voucher is not valid for click-and-collect orders placed online and paid in-store.
The voucher may only be redeemed in connection with one single purchase. The voucher is valid for 12 months commencing on the issue date, after which it will automatically and with no notice expire. Bang & Olufsen reserve all rights, including initiating legal actions, in connection with the redemption of vouchers in violation with the terms and conditions described herein.
In order to reserve a product, you will need to complete the purchase process. Adding items to the shopping basket without completing the purchasing process does not constitute a reservation.
Yes, in My Basket you will find the updated, or the most recent price for each product that has been added to the basket.
Once you have added all the items you want to buy in the basket, the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do so, please follow the steps of the checkout process, filling out or verifying the information requested in each step. To complete your order you must enter your post code to see delivery options. The next step is to enter your delivery address details, and last, making your payment.
Additionally, during the purchasing process, you will be able to go back and modify the details of your order before making your payment.

Shortly after authorising the payment, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can track the order status by logging into “My B&O”. All orders will be subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in the supply or there are no items left in stock for one product, we will send the other items in your order, or cancel the order if one single item was purchased. We will refund you the amount that has been paid for on any cancelled items.
If your payment was cancelled, it could be that no items are left in stock or due to an error in your payment method. To solve a possible payment error, please ensure that your billing address matches the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is still cancelled, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.
Cancelling My Order
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order. If you have purchased your product online from the Bang & Olufsen Website, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.
You can find your order invoice by logging into "My B&O", and clicking on My Orders. You will also receive a copy of the invoice with your shipping mail.
