Online Order Returns
Please note, if one lives on the outside of the UPS collection route they are requested to drop the product off at the nearest UPS or ship this to UPS for further transport. This means if a collection cannot be offered due to the address, the product should be sent or dropped off at the nearest UPS location.
If you have purchased on www.bang-olufsen.com and wish to exchange or return your product for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Terms and Conditions
- Under the customer legislation, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions for Bang & Olufsen. If the returned goods are not substantially in the same condition and quantity as delivered by Bang & Olufsen, an amount equivalent of the diminished value of the Bang & Olufsen product will be deducted from the payment to be refunded.
- The original amount paid for the returned item(s) will be refunded, when we have received the Bang & Olufsen product or documentation for such return.
- Please note that a return or exchange of an order without the ticket number will be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.
- We can exchange or give you a full refund for the item(s). Opened boxed item(s) may be considered for a refund where Bang & Olufsen Products are left intact in their original packaging i.e. plastic bags that contain the Bang & Olufsen products.
- Refunds are made in the original payment method.
