Limited Warranty
With a valid limited warranty you can get your Bang & Olufsen product repaired or replaced.
At Bang & Olufsen we stand firmly behind the reliability and longevity of our products. To demonstrate our commitment and for your peace of mind, we are thrilled to offer an extensive limited warranty coverage.
Limited warranty of 3 years
The majority of Bang & Olufsen products come with a 3-year limited warranty*, aiming at giving you comfort when purchasing our products. Certain exceptions apply, please see the limited warranty on your specific product, including the terms & conditions, in the drop-down menu below.

If you bought your BEOPLAY ELEVEN outside the European Union, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland: Your standard limited warranty is 1 year

If you bought your BEOVISION HARMONY outside the European Union, or in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia: Your limited warranty on the B&O product ( sound centre ) is 3 years.
Any warranty claim related to your LG screen shall be handled by LG under LG warranty terms – please visit LG’s website.
If you bought your BEOVISION HARMONY with one of B&O recommended LG OLED screens, in the European Union ( except Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia) , or in Iceland, Lichtenstein, Norway, or the United Kingdom:

These warranty conditions apply to pre-owned products that are sold, branded, and certified as Reloved by Bang & Olufsen or an authorised Bang & Olufsen dealer. If a product is not certified as Reloved and not sold by either Bang & Olufsen or an authorised Bang & Olufsen dealer, such product will not be covered by these warranty conditions.
Your limited warranty is 2 years on Reloved certified Bluetooth products.
Your limited warranty is 3 years on Reloved certified all other products.
