Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 working days. Express shipping ensures delivery in 1-2 working days.
We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Currently, UPS is our carrier.
After the payment is authorised, you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check the order status in the section “My Orders”. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link. With this link you can know the status and location of your order at any time.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a package before bringing it to a pickup location.
Yes. UPS does require a signature. Why? Because we want to ensure your package is safely delivered to you, and not to your neighbour or any other wrong location. Therefore, please remember to ship to an address, where you are personally available during daytime as our delivery usually takes place during daytime.

An investigation will be initiated with UPS, and it can take up to 10 working days before the investigation is complete. If a new product needs to be shipped it will not be done until after the investigation is complete.
If you have purchased your product online from the Bang & Olufsen Website, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. Just submit our Online Order Return Form with all the needed information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your product is broken (and is the fault of Bang & Olufsen) outside the 30-day return window, but within its warranty limit you may be eligible for free repair.

Gifts
We offer you the possibility to give presents with an exclusive packaging to your loved ones when you select our gift-wrapping service for online orders.
When you purchase a present, you will receive an invoice with the price of the order by email. The price is not included in the receipt inside the gift-wrapped package.
If the person that received the present wishes to have a refund for the gift, they only need to fill out our return form.
