    It is important for us that we offer relevant business experience to students. We believe it is a valuable experience for students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience.     Becoming a trainee with us is an opportunity to kickstart your career in an innovative, global company. It means challenging work and huge responsibility. We provide mentoring and rotations between departments and functions. We provide the framework, the resources and the opportunities. We expect you to take an active part in developing your professional and personal competencies.


    We offer office traineeship within administration, shipping, finance and trade. We also offer traineeship as IT-support, data technician, electronics technician, industrial technician and automatic control technician.

    Recruitment process

    Thank you for considering a career with us. Aligning your skills with our business areas and your goals with our long-term success has great attention here. Securing the right fit is pivotal to us.

    The manager is responsible for setting his or her own team. They review, they invite, they interview. You will typically complete two interviews in the hiring process. The hiring managers will often do pre-screening on Skype or phone, to enable a fast response on applications and reduce waiting time.

    We enjoy discussing cases during the hiring process. It is a great way to get to know you, how you think and work. Hiring manager will also introduce you to a senior level officer. It is to ensure that recruitment is fair and that candidates match both the role and our business goals.

    Motivational applications are used for graduates and first-level entries. For experienced professionals, your CV will often be sufficient. However, be sure to check the individual postings for requirements.

    Signing of contract - Upon signing of the contract we will invite you a little closer to our strategy and our business.

    First day - Our most important goal here is to make you feel welcome, introduce you to closest colleagues and give you a sense and feel of your new office and location.

    Within 30 days - We will align expectations and offer tools to get you up and running. Your manager is your closest sparring partner here. You will meet your stakeholders and hit the ground running. Mandatory training is there to make sure that we all work from the same ethical and legal offset.

    Within 90 days - Understanding our heritage and experiencing craftmanship, design, and passion first hand will send you back to where it all began. It is a full day of touching, feeling and hearing. Prepare to be blown away.
