Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 working days. Express shipping ensures delivery in 1-2 working days.
We currently ship online orders to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Currently, UPS is our carrier.
Once your payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. From that point, you can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your B&O account.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to check the status and location of your delivery at any time.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
The courier will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be redirected to a nearby pickup location. You will receive the pickup details via the tracking link. Please note that pickup points typically hold parcels for a limited time, so we recommend collecting your package promptly.
Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. To ensure your package is delivered safely, please provide a shipping address where you or someone authorized will be available during the day, as deliveries typically occur during daytime hours.

Please contact Customer Care, who will assist you in initiating an investigation with the courier. The process may take up to 15 business days to complete. Kindly note that any replacement shipment will be processed only after the investigation is concluded.
If you have purchased your product online from the Bang & Olufsen Website, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. Just submit our Online Order Return Form with all the needed information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If your product is broken (and is the fault of Bang & Olufsen) outside the 30-day return window, but within its warranty limit you may be eligible for free repair.

When you purchase a present, you will receive an invoice with the price of the order by email. The price is not included in the receipt inside the gift-wrapped package.
The gift can be returned according our return guidelines. Please note that the refund can be made only to the original payment method.
