If you changed your mind, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

We’ve simplified the return process with easy steps and free worldwide shipping on all returns. For added convenience, a complimentary courier pick-up service is available—right from the comfort of your home.

If you live outside the courier collection route, and a collection service therefore cannot be offered, the return package should be dropped off at the nearest courier location.

Once we receive your return, please allow a few days for our warehouse team to inspect the items. After that, we’ll promptly issue your refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

If you bought your Bang & Olufsen product from one of our retailers or a third-party website, we refer to the return policy of the individual store or website and kindly ask you to contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

How to return in 3 easy steps

1. Please pack all items carefully in the original shipping package and use filling material to prevent items from moving inside.

2. Include the Delivery Note inside and place the return label outside of the package. Please use our pre-paid UPS return label provided to ensure an easy return process.

When making a return from a non-EU country, please attach the Delivery Note and all copies of Commercial Invoices in an envelope on the outside of the package to guarantee the smooth transport of your return.

3. Choose your preferred return option.

• Drop off the package at the closest official UPS drop-off location. Find drop-off locations here.

• Contact UPS and arrange pickup from your address.

  • Call your national UPS Customer Service office and have your tracking number ready (see on return label enclosed). For UPS to pick up a package, you must be present at the address.

• If these return instructions are not followed precisely, delays with your refund may occur.

• If any unauthorized items are sent to us, we will not be able to replace or return them to you.

• If you have ordered a spare battery and would like to return it, please contact Customer Care beforehand.

• If your product contains a lithium-ion battery, it should not be returned if it is defective. Please watch out for the following signs of defect and contact our Customer Care for support.

  • Battery is visibly swollen within the device 

  • There is leakage of liquid 

  • Plastic is deformed or melted
