Reloved certification means the product has been carefully inspected and approved by our authorised technicians, following Bang & Olufsen’s high standards. Certified products come with a Bang & Olufsen warranty and an official certificate - digital in the Bang & Olufsen app or printed for legacy products.

All Reloved certified products are fully functional, but their cosmetic condition may vary. To help you make an informed choice, we classify each product into one of three categories: Mint, Excellent, or Good. In addition, each product page includes detailed photos that clearly show the actual condition of the item you’re considering.

Reloved products are covered by a Bang & Olufsen warranty. If a certified Reloved product becomes faulty during the warranty period, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund. After the warranty expires, you’ll still have access to the same service options available for all Bang & Olufsen products. Full warranty details are available here.

For online purchases, we offer a 14-day return policy. Products must be returned in the same condition as received. Please see full terms here.

Yes, your nearest Bang & Olufsen retailer will be happy to provide a quote for installation.

Currently, the Reloved programme is only available through trade-ins facilitated by our authorised retailers, and we do not offer direct buy-back outside of this process. Please reach out to your nearest Bang & Olufsen retailer for information about trade-in of your Bang & Olufsen product.

You can reach out to one of our Classic Service partners or a Bang & Olufsen retailer for information about the options of restoring your product. The Reloved certification is only available for products that have been inspected and sold through our authorised retailers or distribution channels. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to purchase the certification separately.

You can sign up for news about our upcoming Reloved drops. As of now we cannot offer to subscribe to news on specific products, and we cannot offer a “waiting list”.

The certification follows the product. In case the product is sold, the certificate is automatically transferred to the new owner’s account and can be accessed in the Bang & Olufsen app.
