To feel safe when shopping online at Bang & Olufsen Website, we offer you options to return your product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your online order.
Please note this is only applicable for online orders placed on https://www.bang-olufsen.com/en/sg and will not be honoured in store.
Items purchased at a discounted price will not be eligible for exchange or refund. All customised items (e.g. engraved) are final sale and not refundable.
Other than the above, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your online order. The product should be in its original packaging, serial number, labels or tags, inserts, accessories as per its original condition when you receive the Goods.

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your Reloved order within 14 days of receipt of your online order. For your convenience, you will find a pre-paid UPS return label enclosed inside the package.
How to return in 3 easy steps 1. Please pack all items carefully in the original shipping package and use filling material to prevent items from moving inside.
2. Include the Delivery Note inside and place the return label on the outside of the package. Please use our pre-paid UPS return label provided to ensure an easy return process. Cover any old labels on the package.
When making a return from a non-EU country, please attach the Delivery Note and all copies of Commercial Invoices in an envelope on the outside of the package to guarantee the smooth transport of your return.
3. Drop off the package at the closest official UPS drop-off location. Find drop-off locations here.
Return on a pallet If your order was delivered on a pallet, please contact Customer Care and provide your order number to schedule a courier pick-up. Please note that a return service fee of 100 EUR will be deducted from your refund.
Attention
If these return instructions are not followed precisely, your refund may be delayed.
If any unauthorized items are sent to us, we will not be able to replace or return them to you.
If your product contains a lithium-ion battery, it should not be returned if it is defective. Please watch out for the following signs of defect and contact our Customer Care for support:
Battery is visibly swollen within the device
There is leakage of liquid
Plastic is deformed or melted
After we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
