We’ve simplified the return process with easy steps and free worldwide shipping on all returns. For added convenience, a complimentary courier pick-up service is available—right from the comfort of your home. If you live outside the courier collection route, and a collection service therefore cannot be offered, the return package should be dropped off at the nearest courier location.

Once we receive your return, please allow a few days for our warehouse team to inspect the items. After that, we’ll promptly issue your refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. If you bought your Bang & Olufsen product from one of our retailers or a third-party website, we refer to the return policy of the individual store or website and kindly ask you to contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

Prepare your package Pack all items carefully in the original shipping package. Use filling material to prevent the items from moving during transit. 2. Attach the return label Place the Delivery Note inside the package and attach the return label to the outside.
