Most activities in the programme are wheelchair accessible.
The programme will include walking between our facilities. In total it is around 5000 steps. We recommend that visitors wear comfortable shoes.

Yes. If we are informed in advance, dietary needs can be accommodated
A factory tour group should consist of a minimum of five people. With regards to maximum number of persons, we are flexible but recommend max. 24 people for the best possible flow of the programme during the visit.
If you want to book a tour for less than five people, the cost per person will increase. Contact us directly for further information.
The following is included:
- Local taxi/bus transfer between airport – hotel – factory (limo service is available for an additional cost).
- Accommodation at our preferred hotel Nørre Vosborg (standard room w/breakfast). In case of no availability, a similarly appropriate accommodation option will be found in collaboration with you.
- Lunch(es) with non-alcoholic beverages at Bang & Olufsen headquarters.
- Afternoon coffee & cake and water throughout your visit.
- Dinner(s) at Nørre Vosborg with 3-4 glasses of wine per person.
- Gift bag (tote bag and a Bang & Olufsen bottle opener).
The following is not included:
- Flight cost to/from Denmark.
- Additional costs if upgrading or changing accommodation.
- Room service.
- Additional beverages/bar orders at the hotel outside the dinner quota.
The tour is conducted in English. You are welcome to bring a guide/translator. Be aware that the translator will count as a participant in your group. It is very important that we are informed if a translator is participating, since this will impact the timings in the programme.
You are welcome to put forwards requests, and we will do whatever we can to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee the presence of the CEO or others from top management due to busy travel schedules.
In order to book the hotel, we would need the number of participants at least two months before the scheduled tour date. If it’s a larger group (15+), preferably even earlier than two months.
If you wish to increase the number of people compared to initial group numbers, you can do so until 14 days before the tour, but we cannot guarantee hotel availability.
If you wish to decrease the number of participants, this should happen no later than one month before the scheduled tour date.
An invoice will be sent two weeks prior to the tour dates. Any additional costs (additional beverages, upgrades, etc.) will be invoiced after the conclusion of the tour.
Free cancellation up to one month before the tour.
Cancellation within one month before the tour: 50% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours before arrival: no refund
