BeoShare: our speak-up culture
BeoShare is our speak-up program, consisting of two focus areas. One focus is to drive our internal BeoShare culture maintaining a workplace where we feel welcome, included and are free to express our views and opinions. The other focus is to offer a whistle-blower tool to both internal and external stakeholders to allow fully anonymous reporting of concerns.

Responsible supply chain oversight
We expect our suppliers to uphold the same ethical standards we apply to ourselves.
We ensure alignment through regular quarterly reviews with product related suppliers as well as onsite audits.
