Unfortunately, it is not possible to use multiple methods of payment on online purchases.
Yes, VAT is included in the price.
There are different reasons why the card might be rejected:
- The card may have expired. Please check if your card has surpassed the expiry date.
- The card may have reached its credit limit. Please contact your bank to ensure the card has not exceeded its credit limit.
- The payment details entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
Preorders and Reservation
Currently in all EMEA except Norway. USA and Canada may be included soon.
When pre-ordering a product, you are able to pay a part or all of the price of the product, to ensure receiving it as soon as it is available for shipping. A confirmation email arrives after completing the pre-order process, and a second email is sent once the article is ready to be shipped, with a link to our website to complete the payment of the remaining price for the product.
Please note that the payment method and information used will be the same on both the pre-order and the complete payment.
The type of pre-order payment can be different depending on the product, and can consist of paying a part of the price, or the full amount, to ensure receiving the product as soon as it is available for shipping.
The expected shipping date for the product will be indicated on the product page.
