Shipping and Delivery
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over €35 from our online store. We deliver with UPS, DHL, and trusted third-party couriers to ensure fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery straight to your doorstep.
We currently ship online orders to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Once your payment is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. From that point, you can track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your B&O account.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to check the status and location of your delivery at any time.
Sentimos no poder cambiar su dirección de envío después de haber realizado su pedido. Los pedidos se envían inmediatamente a la central de envíos tras su tramitación y a partir de ese momento nuestro sistema ya no puede modificar la dirección de entrega. Si no es posible entregarle con éxito el pedido, este será devuelto al almacén de envíos. Cuando el almacén haya podido comprobar que se ha recibido el paquete de vuelta, se procederá al abono del importe en su cuenta en un plazo de 14 días.
The courier will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be redirected to a nearby pickup location. You will receive the pickup details via the tracking link. Please note that pickup points typically hold parcels for a limited time, so we recommend collecting your package promptly.
Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. To ensure your package is delivered safely, please provide a shipping address where you or someone authorized will be available during the day, as deliveries typically occur during daytime hours.

Please contact Customer Care, who will assist you in initiating an investigation with the courier. The process may take up to 15 business days to complete. Kindly note that any replacement shipment will be processed only after the investigation is concluded.
