Se un prodotto acquistato non soddisfa le aspettative, è possibile restituirlo per un rimborso completo entro 30 giorni. Il processo è semplice e prevede la spedizione gratuita in tutto il mondo per tutti gli ordini.
È possibile visualizzare le opzioni per la restituzione di un prodotto accedendo a “Il mio B&O”. Per facilitare al massimo il processo di reso di un prodotto, forniamo un servizio di ritiro UPS gratuito, a domicilio.
Una volta ricevuti gli articoli, rimborseremo rapidamente l’ammontare utilizzando il metodo di pagamento originale. Il nostro magazzino dovrà ispezionare il pacco e questo potrebbe richiedere alcuni giorni. Si prega di restituire gli articoli acquistati nei materiali di imballaggio originali.
If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your online order. For your convenience, you will find a pre-paid UPS return label enclosed inside the package.
How to return in 3 easy steps
1. Please pack all items carefully in the original shipping package and use filling material to prevent items from moving inside.
2. Include the Delivery Note inside and place the return label outside of the package.
When making a return from a non-EU country, please attach the Delivery Note and all copies of Commercial Invoices in an envelope on the outside of the package to guarantee the smooth transport of your return.
3. Choose your preferred return option.
Drop off the package at the closest official UPS drop-off location. Find drop-off locations here.
Contact UPS and arrange pickup from your address.
Call your national UPS Customer Service office and have your tracking number ready (see on return label enclosed). For UPS to pick up a package, you must be present at the address.

If your product contains a lithium-ion battery, it should not be returned if it is defective. Please watch out for the following signs of defect and contact our Customer Care for support.
If these return instructions are not followed precisely, delays with your refund may occur.
If any unauthorized items are sent to us, we will not be able to replace or return them to you.
