If you changed your mind, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

We’ve simplified the return process with easy steps and free worldwide shipping on all returns. For added convenience, a complimentary courier pick-up service is available—right from the comfort of your home.

If you live outside the courier collection route, and a collection service therefore cannot be offered, the return package should be dropped off at the nearest courier location.

Once we receive your return, please allow a few days for our warehouse team to inspect the items. After that, we’ll promptly issue your refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

If you bought your Bang & Olufsen product from one of our retailers or a third-party website, we refer to the return policy of the individual store or website and kindly ask you to contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

2. 배송 메모를 패키지 안에 넣고 반품 라벨을 패키지 겉면에 부착합니다. EU 외 국가 에서 반품하는 경우, 원활한 진행을 위해 배송 메모 및 상업 송장 사본 모두를 봉투에 넣어 패키지 겉면에 부착해 주십시오.

3. 원하는 반품 옵션을 선택합니다.

• 가장 가까운 UPS 공식 반품 장소에 패키지를 직접 전달합니다. 반품 장소는 여기에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

• UPS에 연락해 본인 주소지에서 수거를 예약합니다.

  • 추적 번호(동봉된 반품 라벨 참조)를 챙겨 앞에 두고 해당 국가의 UPS 고객 서비스 사무실에 연락합니다. UPS가 패키지를 수거하려면 고객이 해당 주소지에 있어야 합니다.
