退货
If you changed your mind, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. You may request a return by contacting our Customer Care team. Returned products must be unboxed, in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
We’ve simplified the return process with easy steps and free worldwide shipping on all returns. For added convenience, a complimentary courier pick-up service is available—right from the comfort of your home.
If you live outside the courier collection route, and a collection service therefore cannot be offered, the return package should be dropped off at the nearest courier location.
Once we receive your return, please allow a few days for our warehouse team to inspect the items. After that, we’ll promptly issue your refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
If you bought your Bang & Olufsen product from one of our retailers or a third-party website, we refer to the return policy of the individual store or website and kindly ask you to contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

Please contact Customer Care and provide your order number to request a pre-paid SF Express return label. Returned products must be unboxed, in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Please note that customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
How to return in 3 easy steps
1. Print return label(s) provided by our Customer Care team.
2. Please pack all items carefully in the original shipping package and use filling material to prevent items from moving inside. Include both Delivery Note and Commercial Invoice inside the package.
3. Choose your preferred return option.
Bring your return package and printed return label(s) directly to the closest SF Express drop off center.
Contact SF Express and arrange pickup from your address. Call SF Express (Hong Kong 2730 0273) to schedule a pickup service within 3 days of receiving a return label from Customer Care team and be sure to mention the account number: 8526643443. For SF Express to pick up a package, you must be present at the address. When SF Express arrives, give them the printed shipping labels with your return package.

If these return instructions are not followed precisely, delays with your refund may occur.
If any unauthorized items are sent to us, we will not be able to replace or return them to you.
If you have ordered a spare battery and would like to return it, please contact Customer Care beforehand.
If your product contains a lithium-ion battery, it should not be returned if it is defective. Please watch out for the following signs of defect and contact our Customer Care for support.
Battery is visibly swollen within the device
There is leakage of liquid
Plastic is deformed or melted
Please contact our Customer Care to initate the return process and they will provide you a pre-paid return label that can be printed.
After we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
