A single left or right earbud to replace a lost or damaged Beo Grace earbud. *Please note that your Beo Grace needs to be on software version 2.0.9 or later to be able to pair a replacement earbud or case. The software version can be checked within the Bang & Olufsen app. If your Beo Grace is on a prior software version then pairing a new earbud or case will not be possible. In this case contact Bang & Olufsen customer support.
