Our Online Store www.bang-olufsen.com continues to operate normally with free and undisrupted worldwide delivery with UPS and free returns. We ship worldwide using UPS, to ensure a fast, tracked and safe delivery.
We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovenia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
At this time, UPS is our chosen carrier.
Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number to track your package. In the same email you will find a link to the invoice.
Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse and a credit will be made to your account.
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a package before taking it to a pickup location.
Yes. UPS does require a signature. Why? Because we want to make sure your product ends up in your hands and not your neighbors. So please remember to ship to a daytime address as your products are normally delivered in the daytime.

An investigation will be initiated with UPS, and it can take up to 10 working days before the investigation is complete. If a new product needs to be shipped it will not be done until after the investigation is complete.
