Bang & Olufsen x AS Monaco

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which include signing up to the Bang & Olufsen newsletter:

1. There is one (1) individual prize, consisting of one (1) Beosound A1 3rd Gen portable speaker, one (1) AS Monaco Home shirt, one (1) AS Monaco backpack, one (1) AS Monaco luggage tag, one (1) Bang & Olufsen hoodie, one (1) Bang & Olufsen cap.

2. Valid entries must be made by respecting the competition mechanism, going to the competition sign up page, and signing up until June 3rd at 23:59. 3. Residents in Europe only can enter the competition. All participants must be at least 18 years of age.

4. Employees of Bang & Olufsen, their agents or contractors, Bang & Olufsen brand retailers, and anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

5. Entrants must only enter the competition once. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups, or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

6. The one (1) winning entrant will be chosen at random. The winner drawn will be final in this regard and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. 7. The winning entrant will be notified via email from the ASMonacoTickets@bang-olufsen.dk email address. The winning entrant shall be required to respond to the email and herein provide its own full name, address, phone number; such info will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize and will be deleted after the retention period in Bang & Olufsen’s privacy policy available here: https://corporate.bang-olufsen.com/en/legal/privacy-policy and the information should be provided preferably within two (2) days or contact.

8. The competition will run via the campaign page from May 27th until June 3rd at 23:59. Only valid entries made within this period and in accordance with these terms and conditions will be considered.

9. The winning entrant will be notified on Wednesday 11th of June 2025. If a prize is unclaimed after twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the winning email from ASMonacoTickets@bang-olufsen.dk, and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, Bang & Olufsen is entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winning entry in question for having done so.

10. No alternative or cash prize will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The winner is responsible for all taxes and all other expenses not included in the prize.

11. This competition is run by Bang & Olufsen A/S, CVR no. 41257911, Bang og Olufsen Allé 1, 7600 Struer, Denmark.

12. Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to disqualify any entrants Bang & Olufsen believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.

13. The Bang & Olufsen team reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Bang & Olufsen shall not be liable to any of the winners for any delay in them receiving their prizes. The Bang & Olufsen team reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.

14. Consent and handling of personal data: By entering the competition, you consent to receive marketing from B&O (as described on the sign-up page) and register your name and other relevant contact details, such as e-mail address, and as set out in clause 7 above. The personal data collected is used as specified in the Bang & Olufsen Privacy Policy and in connection with the drawing of and contacting the winner in respect of handing out the prize. The consent can be withdrawn at any time. Note that there will be no data available for the draw if a participant withdraws consent prior to the prize draws, and participation will therefore not be possible. Name and city information of the winner may be made public on Bang & Olufsen’s web or social media pages.

15. Disclaimer / Warranties. The competition is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media channels it may be advertised on, and Bang & Olufsen makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the competition or your participation therein or the prize and your acceptance or use of the prize. Everything regarding this competition, including the prize, is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Bang & Olufsen is not responsible or liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, the mechanism by which you enter into or participate in the competition or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections of the

equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (4) any entries or submissions that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
