Can I still place an order?
Yes, Bang & Olufsen will continue to accept orders from all countries we currently supply. However deliveries are temporarily suspended for some areas. You can see the zip codes affected in Italy, Spain, Austria, France, Germany and Portugal here.
As of now, we are planning to resume deliveries in most areas starting April 13th although we may need to adjust this timeline as the situation changes.
How do I return my order?
Due to the current global situation of COVID-19 all returned B&O products could be put in a quarantine for 14 days as a precaution.
Therefore extended process time should be expected. We apologize for the inconvenience this might cause.
To accommodate customers affected by the COVID-19 the 30 day free trial period has been extended to 45 days for ecommerce orders placed in March and April 2020.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders will be delivered in 2-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping, although this will be subject to the lifting of the current restrictions. We will provide updates as they become available. Thank you for your understanding.
