The Graduate Program – Starting September 2025

As a graduate at Bang & Olufsen, you will embark on a rewarding 18-month journey consisting of two rotations. You will gain direct experience across various departments, each rotation engaging you in meaningful projects. This is your opportunity to learn from industry experts, build your skill set, and make a significant contribution to our brand.

Our September 2025 Graduate Program has six tracks.

  1. Mechanical Engineering
  2. Embedded Software Development
  3. Business Intelligence
  4. Marketing & Commercial
  5. Corporate Operations
  6. Product Management

Each track consists of two rotations, throughout an 18-month period. During your rotations, you will be tasked with interesting, real-world projects that will allow you to expand your knowledge and skills. The Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business and enable you to develop valuable relationships across different functions.
