B&O terms and conditions

By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. There are two (2) individual prizes consisting of two Beoplay HX headphones (499 EUR), one intended for the winning entrant and a friend of the winning entrant.

Valid entries must be made by respecting the competition mechanism, sharing the song that brings back the best memory in your love story until the 17th of Feb in the comments. There are no other means of entry.

2. Entrants can enter the competition if the entrants live in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or Canada.

3. Entrants must enter the competition via an Instagram account, which is free to create at Instagram.com.

4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

5. Employees of Bang & Olufsen, their agents or contractors, Bang & Olufsen brand retailers, and anyone else connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

6. Entrants must only enter the competition once. Multiple entries or entries made through agents, third parties, organized groups, or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

7. The one (1) winning entrant will be chosen at random and the winner will have to choose a partner/friend he/she would like to share the prize with. The winner drawn will be final in this regard and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.

8. The winning entrant will be notified by DM (direct message) on Instagram from the @bangolufsen global account. The winning entrant shall be required to respond to the DM (direct message) and herein provide its own and the chosen friend’s full name, email, and address for @bangolufsen; such info will only be used for the purpose of administering the prizes and will be deleted after the retention period in Bang & Olufsen’s privacy policy available here: https://corporate.bang-olufsen.com/en/legal/privacy-policy

9. The competition will run via IG on @bangolufsen from the 14th of Feb until the 17th of Feb at 11.00 am. Only valid entries made within this period and in accordance with these terms and conditions will be considered.

10. The winning entrant will be notified on the 17th if Feb 2022 at 02:00 pm (CET). If a prize is unclaimed after twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the winning entry’s DM (direct message) from @bangolufsen, and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, Bang & Olufsen is entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winning entry in question for having done so.

11. No alternative or cash prize will be offered, and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

12. This competition is run by Bang & Olufsen A/S, CVR no. 41257911, Bang og Olufsen Allé 1, 7600 Struer, Denmark, +45 89 87 09 43.

13. Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to disqualify any entrants Bang & Olufsen believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or

unjust behavior. Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate

14. The Bang & Olufsen team reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Bang & Olufsen shall not be liable to any of the winners for any delay in them receiving their prizes. The Bang & Olufsen team reserves the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.
