Are returns free of charge?

Yes. You are able to send your order back to us free of charge with UPS.

What is your return period?

If you have purchased on and wish to return your product for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Can I try the product for a couple of days and then return it without problems?

Yes, we want you to love our products as much as we do. So you can return undamaged products within our 30 day window.

How does the return process work?

  1. Please initiate online returns for refunds through our portal:
  2. Once a successful return ticket is created, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions on how to complete your return. Please place your product (including all original parts) and its original packaging inside a shipping box.
  3. Shipping: You will receive an email with an attachment that contains a pre-paid shipping label. Please print this out and affix it to your shipping box. You may drop off the package at any UPS pick-up location, or call UPS to schedule a pick-up at your home address.

How long does it take to refund?

Once your item is received back in the warehouse, it typically it takes 1-2 for Paypal and depending on your Credit Card Company it can take up to 10-14 days to process a return and issue a refund. We appreciate your patience.

Why does it take so long to refund?

Our Finance team refunds the amount the day after booking. With returns the credits are being generated the next day once the return has been booked. Customers paying with Paypal receive the credit shortly after it has been triggered from our site. This is normally the same or the next day. Payments with Credit Card should be refunded within a week depending on bank and credit Card account.

I see you have received my device back at your warehouse today. Why hasn’t it been refunded yet?

When the returned device has arrived at the warehouse it can take up to 3 days to screen the device and 4 days before the credit is being issued.

I purchased through a third party, how do I return?

If you purchased your product via an authorized third party (ex: Apple or Amazon), you must return your product to that store.

What if I am outside the 30 day window?

If your product is defective but outside the 30 day refund window, but still under the warranty you may use our WARRANTY PORTAL to have your product repaired. Warranty requests are valid for products purchased from, Bang & Olufsen stores, and authorized third party retailers.
