The courier will attempt to deliver your package up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be redirected to a nearby pickup location. Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. To ensure your package is delivered safely, please provide a shipping address where you or someone authorized will be available during the day, as deliveries typically occur during daytime hours.
